You must provide accurate and active contact information (email and phone number).You are responsible for keeping your account secure.Appiey can suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree not to Misuse or exploit Appiey technology in any harmful way.

You agree not to Use Appiey for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.

You agree not to Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage Appiey systems.

You agree not to Copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract Appiey technology.

You agree not to Resell, redistribute, or repackage Appiey products without permission.

You agree not to Use Appiey in a way that harms other users or businesses.

Violations of these rules may lead to account suspension or termination, and legal action if necessary.

All Appiey products, systems, designs, and solutions are owned by Appiey.You are given a limited, non-transferable right to use, not ownership.You cannot copy, clone, modify, or recreate any part of Appiey technology.You cannot sell or resell Appiey technology or derivatives.Any attempt to violate these rights may result in legal action.

Appiey has full rights to:

- Sell its products and services to any business, including your competitors

- Monitor usage to ensure compliance and prevent misuse

- Suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time for violations

- Report illegal or fraudulent activity to authorities

You must provide valid contact details.

You must follow all applicable consumer protection laws.

You must use Appiey products responsibly with your own customers.

You must accept subscription and refund policies before using services.

All subscriptions are paid in advance (monthly).

If payment is not completed within 7 days, services may be paused.

Taxes will be applied based on local laws and regulations.

Continued use requires active subscription.

Refunds are available at the start of a billing cycle only.

You must request a refund within 7 days of payment.

After this period, no refunds will be issued.

As a user, you have the right to:

- Reliable access to Appiey products and services

- Responsive customer support

- Submit feedback and complaints (taken seriously)

- Pay for services in installments (if available)

Appiey is not responsible for business losses, profit loss, or data loss.Services are provided “as available” without guaranteed uptime.

Appiey is not liable for damages caused by:

- Misuse of the platform

- Third-party integrations or services

- User errors or negligence

- Your use of Appiey is at your own risk

Appiey can suspend or terminate your account if:

- You violate these terms

- You misuse technology

- You fail to pay subscription fees

Termination may result in loss of access to services and data.
